According to latest tabloid reports, the Rajasthan High Court has granted the ‘Bodyguard’ star Salman Khan the permission to travel abroad without seeking prior permission from the court. The superstar, who because of his 13-year-old blackbuck poaching case was summoned to inform the court each time he travels abroad, has finally been freed from the sentence.

According to sources of  enter10ments.com, now Salman Khan just needs to update the court about his whereabouts and contact details.

A source of enter10mentsinforms, “The Rajasthan High Court issued an order removing the condition for Salman Khan to seek court’s permission before going abroad. He is fighting a case under Arm’s Act registered against him at the Loni police station.“Justice Sandeep Mehta gave the verdict while hearing a petition which sought freedom to go abroad without a prior permission from the court. Salman’s lawyer put forward the argument that since he is a film actor, he needs to frequently go abroad for the shootings of his films. The lawyers also argued that seeking the court’s permission each time becomes too tiresome and time consuming. We are glad that the Court allowed our plea.”

Salman, who after undergoing a surgery for his painful nerve disorder is recovering well in U.S., is expected to be back to work by Sep. 10.Sources close to YRF have revealed that the making of the banner’s upcoming film ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ is slated to commence on Sep. 10 and Salman is all set to fly to Dublin for its shooting that day.

Talking about Salman’s health, the actor’s brother-in-law, Atul Agnihotri said, "Salman has to get a check-up done in three months to decide if he needs to get a second procedure done. He should commence shooting for Yash Raj soon in Dublin.”"He is en route to recovery, defying post-operation instructions. That's Salman Khan  for you," he added.
