Bollywood star Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma never said they were dating but it was
quite obvious that there was attraction between the two. And after
watching and reading their interviews, especially the way they expressed
their feelings for each other, made me feel like I was reading a page
straight out of a teenage love story! Their friendship started
beautifully, almost blossomed into a love relationship. And like almost
every other story, there was a third person who came into the picture to
rock their boat.
First it was Ranveer’s
Ladies v/s Ricky Bahl
co-star Parineeti Chopra and then of course Sonakshi Sinha. As a result,
the two BFFs are no longer the best friends they used to be. In a
recent interview to a daily, Ranveer confessed this by saying, “Anushka
and I have drifted apart.” But what really made me sit up and take
notice was a television interview of Ranveer that was aired last night.
Boy oh boy, it was so obvious that this Singh boy is trying really hard
to woo back his lady love.
When the
journalist asked Ranveer who he thought was the hottest actress in
Bollywood he promptly replied, “Anushka Sharma.” Then she asked: “who’s
the most bootilicious actor?”
The answer again was “Anushka Sharma!” By
now I was sure that every answer would be Anushka, and I was right! What
happened to the current queens— Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif— he had
earlier publicly drooled over?????????????????????????????
Ranveer often said in his interviews
that he thought they were the hottest women in Bollywood. Nope, and no
mention of the
Dabangg girl either. In fact to add some spice,
the journo told Ranveer that Sonakshi had a crush on him. To which he
simply smiled, very unlike his enthusiastic and loud self. Looks like
Ranveer is making up for his last folly– dragging Sonakshi on stage at
IIFA and upsetting Anushka in the bargain. Let’s hope this heartbroken
young man manages to win back his best friend!
